Q:  Can a smartphone be used as remote control for android tv box ? A:   If your smart phone is with infrared blaster technology, just need to download a universal tv-remote app like Anymote Smart IR Remote , IR Universion Remote or Galaxy Universal Remote , then can control many devices that receives IR signal by phone, such as set-top android box, dvb digital receiver, etc. 

G7V Pro remote controller supports IR learning with IR learning set key and other 4 IR leaning storage keys.  We take a Samsung smart tv remote for example, to learn the Infrared remote control power button.  First, Press and hild IR button for 3 seconds, until G7V Pro air mouse Green indicator light flashing frequency changes slowly, to enter the Infrared learning status. Then hold tv remote and faces with G7V pro remote control about 2-3cm, and press the power button on tv Infrared remote control. Wait till G7V Pro air mouse remote Green indicator light turns always on, press any button to same (except the IR button). When the functional storage is completed, the green indicator light turns to slow flash again, then press IR button to exit learning mode. Now we use G7V Pro remote to turn on/off tv by power button directly.
