How to Upgrade ICAM Account for Expired Singapore Set Top Box

Carefully read the user guide before you do upgrade
1. Download the latest firmware(******.abs),copy it to a thumbdrive(Do not use bad quality and small USB device ,otherwise the box would be damaged due to unstable Drive),insert to the box. Power on the box, connect to TV and do not connect to Internet(You can unplug the lan or Wifi Adapter).
2. Go MENU-Tools-Upgrade By USB
3.“Upgrade mode” choose “ALL CODE” , “Upgrade File” choose the firmware
4."Start",and "Yes" to burn flash(Do not click remote controller or turn off your set top box during the upgradings ,otherwise it would be damaged and show ASH ).
5. Plug lan or WIFI dongle to Connect to Internet (You can go Bangyoulatter and Youtube ,check whether it is okay to watch .If it fail to access,go and set your Internet again;If it is fine to access,OKAY,go next step . 6. Delete all files for your USB device ,and copy iks_key.cfg file to usb device, insert to the box.(Do not change anything for it ,otherwise it can not be detected ) 7.Go MENU-Tools-Upgrade By USB “Upgrade mode” choose “ICS setting” , “Upgrade File” choose the iks_key.cfg
8. After upgrade, do auto search(MENU-Search-Auto search) .If no problem to access channels ,you can enjoy TV now ;If you fail to search channels ,continue Step
9. Go menu ,then go the 5th screen ,it will show X-funtion If don’t show ,it means you fail to upgrade the iks_key.cfg file,and do it again.until the X-funtion come out !
10. Enter X-Function, IKS Sharing choose “ICAM”, press the red button(FIND) on remote.
11.Don’t do any change or delete the Username and Password(otherwise, you need to buy new Icam account due to missing),keep Auto-Connect “On”. Then press “Login” button, after login successfully, that button will turn to “Logout”.
Note: The upgrades only works for MV HD800CVI, MUX HD800SE, MUX HD900SE, Blackbox HD-C600plus, C601plus, C608plus,C700plus, C808plus, Q4000, Q5000. We are not responsible for incorrect operations during upgradings,eg,the box is burnt,or showing ASH. If you want repair ,we would charge USD$35 for repair and shipping fees from China to Singapore.
